1. Vegetable cooking spray -
2. 6 fresh tilapia fillets (about 1 1/2 pounds) -
3. 1 1/2 c. Pace® Salsa Verde -
4. 6 tbsp. crumbled feta or queso fresco cheese -
5. Chopped fresh cilantro leaves -

How to cook deliciously - Salsa Verde Tilapia

1. Stage

Heat the oven to 400° F. Spray a 3-quart shallow baking dish with the cooking spray. Place the fish into the baking dish. Spoon 1/4 cup salsa onto each fish fillet. Top each with 1 tablespoon cheese.

2. Stage

Bake for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Sprinkle with the cilantro, if desired.
