Ingredients for - Mexican Four Cheese and Chicken Quesadilla

1. 2 tbsp. Pace® Mexican Four Cheese Salsa con Queso
2. 1 flour tortilla
3. 2 tbsp. chopped cooked chicken
4. 2 tbsp. prepared guacamole or diced avocado
5. 1 tbsp. diced red pepper
6. Vegetable cooking spray
7. Pace® Chunky Salsa
8. Sour cream

How to cook deliciously - Mexican Four Cheese and Chicken Quesadilla

1 . Stage

Spread the salsa con queso on the tortilla to within 1/2 inch of the edge. Top with the chicken, guacamole, and pepper. Moisten the edge of the tortilla with water. Fold over and press the edges to seal.

2 . Stage

Spray an 8-inch skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the quesadilla and cook for 5 minutes or until it's lightly browned and the filling is hot. Serve with the salsa and sour cream.
