2. 1 flour tortilla -
3. 2 tbsp. chopped cooked chicken -
4. 2 tbsp. prepared guacamole or diced avocado -
5. 1 tbsp. diced red pepper -
6. Vegetable cooking spray -
7. Pace® Chunky Salsa -
8. Sour cream -

How to cook deliciously - Mexican Four Cheese and Chicken Quesadilla

1. Stage

Spread the salsa con queso on the tortilla to within 1/2 inch of the edge. Top with the chicken, guacamole, and pepper. Moisten the edge of the tortilla with water. Fold over and press the edges to seal.

2. Stage

Spray an 8-inch skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the quesadilla and cook for 5 minutes or until it's lightly browned and the filling is hot. Serve with the salsa and sour cream.
