Ingredients for - Lumpfish Caviar Pie

1. Hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 4
2. Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
3. Minced sweet onion - 1 cup
4. Cream cheese, softened - 6 ounces
5. Sour cream - ½ cup
6. Black lumpfish roe - 3 ½ ounces
7. Lemons - cut into wedges, for garnish - 2
8. Parsley, for garnish - 3 sprigs

How to cook deliciously - Lumpfish Caviar Pie

1. Stage

Grease an 8-inch springform pan and set aside. Stir together the hard-boiled eggs and mayonnaise. Evenly spread at the bottom of the springform pan and sprinkle minced onion over top. Stir together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and spread over onion layer. Cover and chill at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.

2. Stage

Once completely chilled, unwrap the pan and spread lumpfish roe over top. Run a knife around the edge of pie and remove the sides of the springform pan. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs before serving.
