Hot Sandwiches Fireworks

1 . Stage

Melt the butter and butter one side of the bread slices.

2 . Stage

Boil the eggs. Cut in half. Crush the yolk with a fork, add half of the grated cheese, mayonnaise and mustard. Mix it. If necessary, salt a little.

3 . Stage

Brush the other side of the bread slices with the yolk and cheese spread.

4 . Stage

Put a tomato slice on top.

5 . Stage

In a circle place the egg white sliced into thin strips.

6 . Stage

Sprinkle the middle with the remaining cheese.

7 . Stage

Bake at 200 degrees for a few minutes until the cheese melts. Serve at once, hot, garnished with herbs.
