Ingredients for - Cheeseburger Soup

1. Butter, divided - 4 tablespoons
2. Ground beef - ½ pound
3. Chopped onion - ¾ cup
4. Shredded carrots - ¾ cup
5. Chopped celery - ¾ cup
6. Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
7. Dried parsley - 1 teaspoon
8. Cubed potatoes - 4 cups
9. Chicken broth - 3 cups
10. All-purpose flour - ¼ cup
11. Milk - 1 ½ cups
12. Cubed Cheddar cheese - 2 cups
13. Sour cream - ¼ cup

1. Stage
