Ingredients for - Haystacks

1. Kidney beans, cooked - 2 cups
2. Salt - 1 teaspoon
3. Chili powder - 2 tablespoons
4. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
5. Corn tortilla chips - 1 (14.5 ounce) package
6. Iceberg lettuce - rinsed, dried, and shredded - 1 head
7. Tomatoes, chopped - 2 large
8. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1
9. Onion, chopped - 1
10. Chopped black olives - 1 (10 ounce) can
11. Carrot, shredded - 1
12. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
13. Sour cream - ½ cup
14. Salsa - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Haystacks

1. Stage

In a medium saucepan, combine the kidney beans, salt, chili powder and pepper. Cook over medium heat until heated through.

2. Stage

To assemble the haystacks put a hand full of corn chips on a plate, follow with a spoonful of heated bean mixture, lettuce, tomato, green pepper, onions, olives, carrot, and cheddar cheese. Top with salsa and sour cream.
