Ingredients for - Samoa Rice Krispie Treats

1. Cooking spray -
2. 5 tbsp. butter -
3. 1/4 c. packed brown sugar -
4. 2 tbsp. heavy cream -
5. 1 (10-oz.) bag marshmallows -
6. Pinch kosher salt -
7. 6 c. Rice Krispies cereal -
8. 1 c. toasted shredded coconut, divided -
9. 1/2 c. chocolate chips, melted -
10. Caramel, warmed, for drizzling  -

How to cook deliciously - Samoa Rice Krispie Treats

1. Stage

Grease a 9"-x-9" baking dish with cooking spray. In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter. Add brown sugar and heavy cream and cook, stirring frequently, until thick and syrupy. 

2. Stage

Add marshmallows and cook until completely melted. Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies and 1/2 cup of toasted coconut. 

3. Stage

Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth top, being careful not to pack cereal too tightly. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup coconut over cereal and pressing gently to adhere the flakes. Let cool completely. 

4. Stage

When ready to serve, drizzle with melted chocolate and caramel before slicing.
