1. Clams in shell, scrubbed - 50 small
2. Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Garlic, minced - 6 cloves
4. White wine - 1 cup
5. Butter - 2 tablespoons
6. Chopped fresh parsley - ½ cup

Wash clams to remove any dirt or sand.
