1. 10 bamboo skewers
2. Teriyaki sauce 15 fluid ounces
3. Sesame oil 6 tablespoons
4. Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
5. Minced garlic ¼ teaspoon
6. Cooked long-grain brown rice 1 packet
7. Skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces 2 pounds
8. Sesame seeds 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Sesame Chicken Skewers

1 . Stage

Soak bamboo skewers in warm water for 1 hour.

While skewers soak, mix teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, garlic, and sweetener together in a large glass or ceramic bowl. Add chicken, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour; the longer you marinate, the better the flavor.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Thread chicken onto bamboo skewers and place on a nonstick shallow baking pan. Discard marinade. Sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds.
