1. Lean ground beef - 1 pound
2. Onion, chopped - 1 medium
3. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1 medium
4. Yellow bell pepper, chopped - 1 medium
5. Carrot, diced - 1 medium
6. Zucchini, diced - 1 medium
7. Yellow squash, diced - 1 medium
8. Crushed tomatoes - 1 (28 ounce) can
9. Kidney beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (16 ounce) can
10. Black beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (16 ounce) can
11. Diced tomatoes - 1 (15 ounce) can
12. Frozen white corn kernels - 1 cup
13. Minced garlic - 1 tablespoon
14. Chili powder - 1 ¼ tablespoons
15. Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
16. Paprika - ½ teaspoon
17. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
18. Ground cayenne pepper - ½ teaspoon
19. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
20. Salt - ½ teaspoon
21. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Very Veggie and Beef Chili

1. Stage

Break ground beef into small pieces in a large pot over medium heat; cook and stir until beginning to brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Add onion, bell peppers, and carrot; cook and stir until the vegetables begin to soften, 5 to 7 minutes. Add zucchini and squash; cook and stir until beef is completely browned, 3 to 5 more minutes.

2. Stage

Drain excess liquid from the pot. Stir in crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, corn, and garlic; bring to a boil. Stir in chili powder, brown sugar, paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
