Ingredients for - Slow Cooker Beef Stew

1. Carrots, chopped - 4
2. Potatoes, peeled and cubed - 2
3. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 cup
4. Onion, chopped - 1
5. Celery, chopped - 3 stalks
6. Cubed stew meat - 3 pounds
7. Dry onion soup mix - 1 packet
8. Condensed golden mushroom soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
9. Water - 1 ¾ cups

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Beef Stew

1. Stage

Place carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, onion, and celery in the slow cooker. Place stew meat over vegetables.

2. Stage

In a medium bowl, combine soup mix with can of soup. Add water and mix together well. Pour this in the slow cooker over meat and vegetables.

3. Stage

Add water as needed so that liquid comes just to the bottom of meat.

4. Stage

Cook on Low setting overnight, adding more water as necessary in the morning. Continue cooking all day to reach 24 hours total.
