Ingredients for - Slow-Cooker Paleo Meatballs

1. 1 1/2 lb. ground beef -
2. 1/4 c. freshly chopped parsley, plus more for garnish -
3. 1 large egg -
4. 2 garlic cloves, minced -
5. 1 tsp. kosher salt -
6. 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes -
7. 1 (28-oz.) can crushed tomatoes -
8. 1 (6-oz.) can tomato paste -
9. 1/4 yellow onion, finely chopped -
10. 2 tsp. dried oregano -
11. 1 garlic clove, minced -
12. Kosher salt -
13. Freshly ground black pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Slow-Cooker Paleo Meatballs

1. Stage

Make meatballs: In a large bowl, mix together beef, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes until combined. Form mixture into 24 meatballs and place in slow cooker.

2. Stage

Make sauce: In another large bowl, stir together crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, oregano, and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Pour over meatballs. 

3. Stage

Cook, covered, on low until meatballs are cooked through, 5 to 5 1/2 hours. 

4. Stage

Garnish with parsley before serving.
