3. Bourbon whiskey - ⅓ cup
4. Apple cider vinegar - ¼ cup
5. Hot honey (such as Mike's Hot Honey®) - ¼ cup
6. Dark brown sugar - ¼ cup
7. Worcestershire sauce - 2 tablespoons
8. Liquid smoke - 1 tablespoon
9. Dijon mustard - 2 teaspoons
10. Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
11. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
12. Onion Powder - 1 teaspoon
13. Salt - 1 teaspoon
14. Freshly ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
15. Allspice - ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Peach Bourbon BBQ Sauce

1. Stage

Combine peaches, ketchup, bourbon, apple cider vinegar, hot honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and allspice in a high-powered blender. Blend until mixture is smooth, 15 to 20 seconds.

Pour mixture into a medium saucepan. Bring to a light boil over medium heat, whisking constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until thickened, 15 to 20 minutes. Sauce will thicken further upon cooling.
