1. 3 tbsp. mayonnaise -
2. 3 tbsp. cider vinegar -
3. 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
4. Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper -
5. 1 head frisee -
6. 1/2 lb. skinless smoked trout fillets -
7. 3 oz. Manchego cheese -
8. 1 Granny Smith apple -
9. 1/2 c. flat-leaf parsley -
10. 1/4 c. thinly sliced red onion -

How to cook deliciously - Smoked Trout Salad with Apple and Manchego

1. Stage

In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise with the cider vinegar and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the frisee with the trout, Manchego, apple, parsley and red onion. Add the dressing and toss to coat. Transfer the salad to plates and serve.
