1. Uncooked orzo pasta 1 ¼ cups
2. Chopped grilled chicken breasts 3 cups
3. Cherry tomatoes, halved 1 cup
4. Chopped red onion ¼ cup
5. Chopped fresh basil 2 tablespoons
6. Chopped fresh oregano 1 teaspoon
7. Red wine vinegar, or more to taste ¼ cup
8. Extra-virgin olive oil, or more to taste 2 tablespoons
9. Kosher salt ⅛ teaspoon
10. Cracked black pepper ⅛ teaspoon
11. Sliced black olives, or to taste (Optional) 1 (2 ounce) can

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook orzo in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
