1. Uncooked orzo pasta - 1 ¼ cups
2. Chopped grilled chicken breasts - 3 cups
3. Cherry tomatoes, halved - 1 cup
4. Chopped red onion - ¼ cup
5. Chopped fresh basil - 2 tablespoons
6. Chopped fresh oregano - 1 teaspoon
7. Red wine vinegar, or more to taste - ¼ cup
8. Extra-virgin olive oil, or more to taste - 2 tablespoons
9. Kosher salt - ⅛ teaspoon
10. Cracked black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
11. Sliced black olives, or to taste (Optional) - 1 (2 ounce) can
12. Crumbled feta cheese - 2 ounces

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook orzo in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
