1. Roma (plum) tomatoes, cut in half and seeds removed - 8
2. Extra-virgin olive oil - ¼ cup
3. Chopped garlic - 2 tablespoons
4. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 teaspoon
5. Chopped fresh basil - 1 teaspoon
6. Chopped fresh oregano - 1 teaspoon
7. Salt and black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
8. Crumbled feta cheese - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Roasted Roma Tomatoes

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Stage

Mix together tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, working the seasonings into cavities of tomatoes. Place tomatoes, cut-sides up, on a baking sheet. Sprinkle each tomato with about 1 tablespoon feta cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven until tomatoes are cooked but still firm, about 15 minutes.
