1. 1 c. oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped (about 8-oz.)
2. 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil from sun-dried tomato jar
3. 2 tbsp. toasted pine nuts
4. 1 clove garlic, minced
5. 1/4 tsp. Kosher salt, plus more as needed
6. 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
7. 2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
8. 2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan

How to cook deliciously - Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

1 . Stage

Combine tomatoes, oil, pine nuts, garlic, salt, red pepper flakes, and basil in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth.

Transfer mixture to a medium bowl and stir in Parmesan. Taste and season with more salt, if needed.
