6. 1/4 c. shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend -
7. 1/2 c. broken yellow tortilla chips -

How to cook deliciously - Taco-roni

1. Stage

Place beefaroni, drained tomatoes, beans, corn, and cumin in large saucepan; stir to combine.

2. Stage

Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and broken chips just before serving.Each serving provides Vitamin A 8%, Vitamin C 11%, Calcium 12%, Iron 12%
