2. Chopped sweet onion (such as Vidalia®) - 1 cup
3. Serrano chile pepper, diced - 1
4. Serrano chile pepper, seeded and diced - 1
5. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
6. Chopped fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons
7. Coarse salt - ¼ teaspoon
8. Garlic powder - 2 pinches
