1. 2/3 cup butter, softened -
2. 2/3 cup brown sugar -
3. 2 large eggs, room temperature -
4. 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour -
5. 1-1/2 cups old-fashioned oats -
6. 1 teaspoon baking soda -
7. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon -
8. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
9. 1-1/2 cups white baking chips -
10. 1-1/4 cups dried cranberries -
11. 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted, optional -

How to cook deliciously - White Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in eggs. Combine flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chips, cranberries and, if desired, pecans.

2. Stage

Drop by tablespoonfuls 3-in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake until golden brown, 10-12 minutes. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool.
