1. Buttermilk - 1 cup
2. Chicken tenderloins, cut into nugget size - 2 pounds
3. Flour - 1 cup
4. Grated Parmesan cheese - 3 tablespoons
5. Paprika - 1 tablespoon
6. Parsley flakes - 1 tablespoon
7. Salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
9. Eggs - 2
10. Panko bread crumbs - 2 cups
11. Cooking spray - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets

1. Stage

Mix buttermilk and chicken in a large bowl and let soak while you prepare the seasoned flour.

2. Stage

Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Pour bread crumbs onto a flat plate.

Dredge each chicken nugget first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray the basket with cooking spray. Place as many nuggets into the basket as you can without overcrowding. Lightly mist the tops of the nuggets with cooking spray.
