Ingredients for - Pumpkin Mochi

1. Mochiko (glutinous rice flour) - 2 ½ cups
2. Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
3. White sugar - 2 cups
4. Eggs - 4
5. Pumpkin Puree - 1 (29 ounce) can
6. Sweetened condensed milk - 1 (14 ounce) can
7. Butter, melted - 1 cup
8. Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Pumpkin Mochi

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

2. Stage

Sift together the mochiko, baking powder, and sugar in a large bowl. Mix together the eggs, pumpkin puree, condensed milk, butter, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Stir the egg mixture into the mochiko mixture. Pour into the prepared dish.

3. Stage

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Allow to cool before serving.
