6. Vegetable oil - 1 cup
7. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces - 1 pound
8. Hot sauce - ¼ cup
9. Chopped garlic - 1 tablespoon
10. Butter - 1 teaspoon

Whisk flour, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Beat eggs together in a separate bowl. Dip chicken pieces in egg; transfer chicken to flour mixture and coat completely.
