Ingredients for - Antipasto Stuffed Chicken

1. 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts -
2. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
3. 1 tsp. dried oregano -
4. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder -
5. Kosher salt -
6. Freshly ground black pepper -
7. 1/4 lb. deli ham -
8. 1/4 lb. salami -
9. 4 slices provolone, halved -
10. 1 c. drained and sliced pepperoncini -
11. 1/3 c. chopped assorted olives -
12. 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan -
13. Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Antipasto Stuffed Chicken

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400°. Place chicken on a cutting board and make 5 slits in each breast, being careful not to cut through completely. Transfer to a baking sheet.

2. Stage

Drizzle olive oil over chicken and season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 

3. Stage

Garnish with parsley before serving.
