Ingredients for - Grilled Pineapple Salsa

1. 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and chopped into 1" pieces -
2. Extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing -
3. 2 peaches, chopped -
4. 1 jalapeño, minced -
5. 1/2 red onion, chopped -
6. Juice of 1 lime -
7. Kosher salt -
8. 2 tbsp. freshly chopped cilantro -

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Pineapple Salsa

1. Stage

Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

2. Stage

Brush pineapple with olive oil and grill until charred on both sides. Set aside to cool, then chop into bite-sized pieces.

3. Stage

In a medium bowl, mix pineapple, peaches, jalapeños, onions and lime juice. Season with salt and garnish with cilantro.
