Ingredients for - Applesauce Cookies

1. 1 c. flour -
2. 1 tsp. cinnamon -
3. 1 tsp. baking soda -
4. 1/2 tsp. salt -
5. 1/2 c. your favorite nuts -
6. 1 c. quick oats (not instant oatmeal) -
7. 1 c. raisins -
8. 1 c. applesauce -
9. 2 eggs -
10. 1/2 c. vegetable oil -
11. 1 tsp. vanilla extract -

How to cook deliciously - Applesauce Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2. Stage

Mix the dry ingredients in the largest bowl. Mix the wet ingredients in the other bowl. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Blend them well.

3. Stage

Spoon the dough for these drop cookies onto the greased cookie sheets.

Bake the dough for 8 to 10 minutes.
