1. 1/2 lb. cooked lump crabmeat -
2. 1/2 tbsp. rice wine -
3. 1 tbsp. soy sauce -
4. 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice -
5. 1 Thai chile, finely minced -
6. 1 green onion, minced -
7. 1 lb. thin asparagus spears -
8. 1/4 c. honey-roasted chopped nuts of your choice -

How to cook deliciously - Asparagus and Crab Salad

1. Stage

Combine crabmeat, rice wine, soy sauce, lemon juice, chili, and green onion.

2. Stage

Blanch asparagus in a large saucepan of boiling salted water until bright green, about 1 minute. Drain and rinse with cold water until chilled.

3. Stage

Toss asparagus and crabmeat mixture in a salad bowl. Top with nuts and serve.
