7. 1/4 c. real maple syrup -
8. 2 tbsp. butter -
9. 2 sweet potatoes -
10. 2 apples -

How to cook deliciously - Autumn Comfort Pudding

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the brown sugar, pecans, and spices; set aside. Combine the brandy, maple syrup, and butter; set aside. Layer half each of the sweet potatoes, apples, pineapple, spice mixture, and brandy mixture in an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish; repeat layers. Bake covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
