1. 1 5-ounce can tuna, preferably packed in olive oil, drained -
2. 1/2 ripe avocado, roughly chopped -
3. 1/2 cup minced celery -
4. 1/4 cup minced red onion -
8. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley -
How to cook deliciously - Avocado Tuna Salad
1. Stage
Mix: Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix with a fork, mashing the avocado and breaking up the chunks of tuna as you go, until the ingredients are well combined.
