2. Garlic, thinly sliced - 1 clove
3. Fresh asparagus, trimmed - 12 spears
4. Grape tomatoes, halved - 1 cup
5. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
6. Hardwood smoked bacon - 4 slices
7. Taleggio cheese, cut into 1/4-inch pieces - ¾ pound

How to cook deliciously - Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus Spears with Tomatoes and Taleggio Cheese

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Stir asparagus and grape tomatoes into the garlic and drizzle with lemon juice. Continue to cook and stir until asparagus are tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
