3. Fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1 pound
4. Onion, chopped - 1
5. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1
6. Minced garlic - 1 tablespoon
7. Tomato sauce - 2 (28 ounce) cans
8. Tomatoes, diced - 2
9. Tomato paste - 1 (6 ounce) can
10. Sliced black olives, drained - 1 (6 ounce) can
11. Dried oregano, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
12. Dried basil, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
13. Salt to taste - 1 teaspoon
14. Spaghetti, or as needed - 1 (16 ounce) package
15. Grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Easy Italian Sausage Spaghetti

1. Stage

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage, mushrooms, onion, green bell pepper, and garlic in hot oil until sausage is browned and crumbly, about 20 minutes; drain and discard grease.

Stir tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and olives into sausage mixture; season with oregano, basil, and salt. Simmer mixture until flavors infuse, about 30 minutes.
