1. Garlic, separated into cloves and peeled - 2 heads
2. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
3. Potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks - 4 pounds
4. Half-and-half - ½ cup
5. Butter, melted - 4 tablespoons
6. Cream cheese, softened - ½ (8 ounce) package
7. Sour cream - ¼ cup
8. Salt and ground white pepper to taste - ¼ cup

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place garlic cloves in aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil.
