Ingredients for - Ham Loaf

1. Ground ham - 2 ½ pounds
2. Ground pork - ½ pound
3. Onion, chopped - ½
4. Rolled oats - 2 cups
5. Eggs - 2
6. Chopped fresh parsley - 2 ½ tablespoons
7. Ground mustard - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
9. Evaporated milk - 1 ½ cups
10. Brown sugar - 1 ½ cups
11. Cider vinegar - ¼ cup
12. Mayonnaise - ¾ cup
13. Sour cream - ¼ cup
14. Prepared horseradish - 5 tablespoons
15. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
16. Salt and black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Ham Loaf

1. Stage

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Combine the ground ham, ground pork, onion, oats, eggs, parsley, ground mustard, pepper, and evaporated milk in a large bowl. Mix well. Form in to 2 loaves; place into 9x13 inch baking pans.

Bake loaves in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Stir the brown sugar and vinegar together in a small saucepan; boil for 1 minute. Remove loaves from oven, and pour brown sugar mixture over. Return loaves to oven; baste frequently with the pan juices until browned and cooked through, 30 to 45 minutes longer.

4. Stage

Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sauce over sliced ham loaf.
