Bacon should be bought from a proven manufacturer, mine failed me this time, the slices did not want to separate evenly from each other, they were tearing... Wrap each piece of beef in bacon and string on skewers, I alternated the meat with bell peppers, you can take other vegetables - onions, tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant... Cook on moderately hot coals, turning over until ready, do not overcook the meat, it can easily be dried out!
