1. Sweet potatoes, scrubbed and sliced 1/8 inch thick using a mandoline, box grater, or knife - 2 medium
2. Extra-virgin olive oil, or as needed - 1 tablespoon
3. Coarse salt - 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Baked Homemade Sweet Potato Chips

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line two 10x15-inch baking sheets with aluminum foil.

2. Stage

Place sweet potato slices onto the prepared baking sheets in a single layer. Brush both sides of each slice with oil.

3. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until edges are brown, 13 to 14 minutes. Remove any chips with crispy brown edges and continue baking other chips, checking constantly and removing as the edges brown.

Sprinkle with salt and serve in a basket.
