1. 1/2 cup orange juice -
2. 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce -
3. 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each) -
4. 2 tablespoons orange marmalade -

How to cook deliciously - Baked Orange Chicken

1. Stage

In a small bowl, combine the orange juice and soy sauce.

2. Stage

Pour 1/4 cup of the marinade into a shallow dish, then add the chicken and turn it to coat. Cover the dish and refrigerate it for at least one hour. Also cover and refrigerate the remaining marinade.

3. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Drain the chicken, and discard the marinade. Place the chicken and reserved marinade in an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Spoon the marmalade over the chicken.

4. Stage

Bake the chicken, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes or until the chicken juices run clear.
