3. 1 teaspoon canola oil -
4. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder -
5. 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper -
6. 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined -
7. 2 tablespoons chopped green onions -
8. DIPPING SAUCE: -
9. 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce -
10. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar -
11. 1 tablespoon orange juice -
12. 2 teaspoons sesame oil -
13. 2 teaspoons honey -
14. 1 garlic clove, minced -
15. 1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh gingerroot -

1. Stage

In a large nonstick skillet, heat the first five ingredients for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Add Shrimp and onions; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Combine sauce ingredients; serve with shrimp.
