3. 1 cup dry bread crumbs -
4. 2 teaspoons lemon-pepper seasoning -
5. 1/2 teaspoon dill weed -
6. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder -
7. 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each) -

How to cook deliciously - Crumb-Coated Salmon

1. Stage

In a shallow dish, beat eggs and milk. In another shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, lemon-pepper, dill and garlic powder. Dip salmon in egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.

2. Stage

Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 14-18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
