1. 1/4 cup lime juice -
2. 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce -
3. 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter -
4. 2 tablespoons honey -
5. 1 tablespoon sriracha chili sauce -
6. 1 garlic clove, minced -
7. 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger -
8. 1 teaspoon sesame oil -
9. Salad: -
10. 1 package (14 ounces) coleslaw mix -
11. 1-1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken, chilled -
12. 4 green onions, chopped -
13. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro -
14. Chopped honey-roasted peanuts, optional -

1. Stage

For dressing, whisk first eight ingredients until blended.
