1. 1 package (6 ounces) pizza crust mix -
2. 3 medium unpeeled potatoes, baked and cooled -
3. 1 tablespoon butter, melted -
4. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder -
5. 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried oregano -
6. 1 cup sour cream -
7. 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled -
8. 3 to 5 green onions, chopped -
9. 1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese -
10. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese -

How to cook deliciously - Baked Potato Pizza

1. Stage

Prepare the pizza crust according to the directions on the package. Press the dough into a lightly greased 14-inch pizza pan, building the edges up slightly. Bake the crust at 400°F for five to six minutes, or until the crust is firm and begins to brown.

Cut the baked potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes. In a bowl, combine the butter, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Add the potatoes and toss to coat.

Spread sour cream over the crust. Top it with the seasoned potatoes, bacon, onions and shredded cheeses.

Bake the pizza for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned. Let the pizza stand for five minutes before cutting and serving.
