1. 2 cups complete whole grain or multigrain pancake mix -
2. 1 large firm banana, finely chopped -
3. 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats -
4. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts -
5. Optional: Sliced banana, mixed fresh berries, confectioners' sugar and whipped cream -

How to cook deliciously - Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

1. Stage

Prepare the pancake batter according to package directions. Stir in the banana, oats and walnuts.

2. Stage

Coat a hot griddle with cooking spray. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the prepared griddle. Cook until bubbles start to form and pop on the pancake tops and the pancake bottoms turn golden brown. Flip the pancakes. Cook until the second sides of the pancakes are golden brown.
