6. 4 cups finely chopped tart apples (about 2 large) -
7. 1 medium ripe pear, finely chopped -
8. 1/2 cup quartered seedless red grapes -
9. 1/2 cup chopped celery -
10. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts -
11. 2 teaspoons grated orange zest -
12. 3 tablespoons orange juice -
13. 1 tablespoon brown sugar -

How to cook deliciously - Apple Pear Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Spritz both sides of tortillas with cooking spray; sprinkle with sugar mixture. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Spread in a single layer on baking sheets. Bake until lightly browned, 10-12 minutes, rotating pans as needed.
