Ingredients for - Beef Ramen Stir Fry

1. 1 tbsp. vegetable oil -
2. 1 large onion, chopped -
3. 1 red bell pepper, chopped -
4. 1/2 head broccoli, cut into florets -
5. 1 large carrot, cut into half moons -
6. 1 lb. ground beef -
7. 1/4 c. soy sauce -
8. 1 tbsp. brown sugar -
9. 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar -
10. 2 tsp. sriracha -
11. 1 clove garlic, minced -
12. 2 packets ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded -
13. Sliced green onions, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Beef Ramen Stir Fry

1. Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onions, peppers, and broccoli and cook until tender, 10 minutes. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, 5 minutes more. Drain fat.

2. Stage

Make sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Sriracha, and garlic.

3. Stage

In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add cooked ramen noodles and cook until tender, 2 minutes. Drain.

4. Stage

Add cooked ramen noodles to skillet and pour over sauce. Toss until completely combined, then garnish with green onions and serve.
