1. 1 lb. ground beef -
2. 1/4 c. bread crumbs -
3. 1 large egg -
4. 1 tbsp. yellow mustard -
5. 1 tbsp. ketchup -
6. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder -
7. Kosher salt -
8. Freshly ground black pepper -
9. Vegetable oil -
10. 3 slices cheddar, quartered -
11. 1 jar pickle chips -
12. Lettuce -
13. Sliced tomato -

How to cook deliciously - Pickle Sliders

1. Stage

Make the patties: In a medium bowl, mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, mustard, ketchup, and garlic powder together with a wooden spoon. Season with salt and pepper and stir gently to combine. Form the mixture into small patties.

2. Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat vegetable oil. Add the beef patties and cook for about 3 minutes, until the bottoms develop a nice seared crust. Flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes, then add the cheese slices to the tops of the patties. Cover the pan with a large lid and cook until cheese melts.

3. Stage

Assemble the sliders: Place 10 pickle chips (or however many patties you have cooked) on a serving platter. Top each pickle with lettuce, tomato, and a cooked patty. Top with another pickle chip and serve immediately.
