1. Rolled oats - 2 cups
2. Coconut oil, melted - ½ cup
3. Chopped hazelnuts (Optional) - ½ cup
4. Cocoa nibs - ¼ cup
5. Maple syrup - 3 tablespoons
6. Fresh ground coffee beans - 2 tablespoons
7. Dark brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
8. Unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 ½ tablespoons
9. Instant coffee granules - 2 teaspoons
10. Coffee-flavored extract - 2 teaspoons
11. Kosher salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
12. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
13. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
14. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
15. Miniature chocolate chips - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Mocha Granola

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix oats, coconut oil, hazelnuts, cocoa nibs, maple syrup, ground coffee beans, brown sugar, cocoa powder, instant coffee granules, coffee-flavored extract, kosher salt, cinnamon, black pepper, and vanilla extract together in a bowl; spread onto the prepared baking sheet, smoothing with a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes; stir and continue cooking until lightly browned and beginning to crisp, about 10 minutes more. Cool granola completely.
