Ingredients for - Avocado Spinach Artichoke Dip

1. 2 avocados -
2. Juice of 1 lemon -
3. 4 oz. cream cheese -
4. 1 clove garlic, minced -
5. 1 c. frozen spinach, drained and chopped -
6. 1 c. canned artichoke hearts, chopped -
7. 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, plus more for garnish -
8. Kosher salt -
9. Crushed red pepper flakes -

How to cook deliciously - Avocado Spinach Artichoke Dip

1. Stage

In a small food processor, combine avocados, lemon juice, cream cheese and garlic. Purée until smooth.

2. Stage

Scoop avocado mixture into a medium bowl and fold in spinach, artichoke and parsley. Season with salt and red pepper flakes.

3. Stage

Garnish with more parsley and red pepper flakes and serve.
