2. Beef skirt steak, cubed ¼ pound
3. Yellow onion, diced 1 medium
4. Green bell pepper, diced 1 medium
5. Salted butter 1 tablespoon
6. Minced garlic 1 teaspoon
7. Diced fresh tomatoes 4 cups
8. Sliced okra 3 cups
9. Water 1 cup
10. Chicken bouillon base 1 tablespoon
11. Seasoned salt ½ teaspoon
12. Garlic powder (Optional) ¼ teaspoon

1 . Stage

Heat oil in a large, deep skillet or pot over medium heat. Add beef, onion, bell pepper, butter, and garlic. Saute until vegetables are soft, onion is translucent, and beef is browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Add tomatoes, okra, water, chicken base, seasoned salt, and garlic powder.
