1. Chocolate stout beer - 1 cup
2. Coffee ice cream - 1 scoop
3. Unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 pinch
4. Belgian-style raspberry sour beer - 1 cup
5. Vanilla ice cream - 1 scoop

How to cook deliciously - Beer Floats

1. Stage

Version 1: Pour stout into a British pint glass and scoop coffee ice cream on top. Garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder.

2. Stage

Version 2: Pour raspberry beer into a pint glass; top with vanilla ice cream.

3. Stage
