1. Pears 2 small
2. Cream cheese, softened ⅓ cup
3. French baguette 8 (1/2 inch) slices
4. Blue cheese 2 slices
5. Toasted chopped walnuts 1 tablespoon
6. Chopped fresh mint, or to taste 1 teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper to taste 1 teaspoon
8. Honey 1 tablespoon

1 . Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Slice pears into half-moons.
