1. Pears - 2 small
2. Cream cheese, softened - ⅓ cup
3. French baguette - 8 (1/2 inch) slices
4. Blue cheese - 2 slices
5. Toasted chopped walnuts - 1 tablespoon
6. Chopped fresh mint, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
8. Honey - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Blue Cheese and Grilled Pear Crostini

1. Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Slice pears into half-moons.

2. Stage

Cook pears on the preheated grill until nicely browned, about 5 minutes per side. Set aside.

Cut blue cheese slices into 8 equal pieces.
