1. Fresh blueberries, divided - 2 cups
2. White onion, chopped - 1
3. Chopped purple Cherokee tomatoes - 1 cup
4. White sugar - 1 cup
5. Habanero peppers, seeded and chopped - 8
6. Chopped cilantro - ½ cup
7. Lime juice - ¼ cup
8. Garlic, chopped - 5 cloves
9. Himalayan salt, or to taste - 1 pinch

1. Stage

Place 1 cup blueberries into a blender. Cover and blend until pureed. Coarsely chop remaining blueberries. Combine pureed blueberries, chopped blueberries, onion, tomatoes, sugar, habanero peppers, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and Himalayan salt together in a bowl.
